Pleased that my photograph "A Nets Toll" was a finalist in the Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year 2026 in the Our Impact category.

This one was special for me as I have been a long-term campaigner against the use of Shark Nets in NSW (and QLD). This photo shows a young Humpback whose life was cut short due to becoming entangled in a Shark NSW.

It was an honour to attend the opening night of the exhibition at the South Australia Museum. Incredible to connect with so many other super talented photographers.
